Paul E. Guaraldi
Mr. Guaraldi is an experienced executive and serial entrepreneur who possesses diverse skills in finance, sales and engineering. Mr. Guaraldi graduated from Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering. He has served as a leader in advanced metal working manufacturing, cryogenic vacuum pump manufacturing, real estate development, IT consulting and both real estate and business finance. He has worked as a senior manager in large organizations and has successfully started, built and sold several companies including an IT consulting company which was sold to a NYSE listed company. Mr. Guaraldi’s IT consulting company delivered consulting services and IT training to various companies in the Fortune 1000. For the past twenty years, his companies, Ilmarin Group LLC and Ilmarin Corp, have provided financial analysis and modeling, business consulting, and development consulting as an adjunct to its primary business of sourcing both business and real estate debt and equity for a wide variety of clients in various industries.
